Lana Del Rey’s highly anticipated fourth studio album released on September 18th, 2015, just a little over a year following critic-favorite Ultraviolence.

The album title was confirmed in an interview with Billboard, where Lana also talked about its sound:

It’s very different from the last one and similar to the first two, Born to Die and Paradise. I finished my last one [Ultraviolence] in March and released it in June, and I had a follow-up idea. It’s growing into something I really like. I’m kind of enjoying sinking into this more noirish feel for this one.

Honeymoon has its own Instagram page. On one particular post, Lana described the album’s 14 tracks as “some with a muddy trap energy and some inspired by late-night Miles Davis drives.”

On her own Instagram page, she posted the full official tracklisting for the album on August 20th, along with a snippet.

On September 8th, 2015, an album trailer was released on her VEVO channel, sampling snippets for different songs on the album.
