Windows 10 taskbar and start menu not working after May 2019 update 1903 Tried a few of the suggested fixes found on this site and elsewhere but nothing has worked. I don't have dev profile activated, yes I have firewall running, no I haven't installed any other software other than the update to make this. Was using Windows 10 almost flawlessly for about two weeks. Then after this weeks updates my comp won't boot. I get the Windows logo at the start of boot process along with with the boot sounds, but then I just get a black screen. Any ideas on how to fix this? Windows Insider preview forums.
