  • That's what I feared. I looked in there and was hoping I was looking in the wrong section or something. Those folders are completely empty. I'll probably have to do a complete reinstall. Thanks!
  • Here's another question. Am I suppose to have a gallery option in the game because I only have one in the demo version. Maybe that's the problem. I have a 'My Library' but not a gallery like the demo. Thanks.
  • They are in the lots section of the gallery

    Are these lots on the communtity gallery or in the ingame gallery?

    The lots would be in the Gallery - that's the community one. The local one (your content) is the Library. Both are in-game, so I assume you meant ingame to be your library.
    When you open the gallery (if you have online access on) it'll be Maxis-only by default - selecting 'lots' on the left will show you only Maxis lots. I don't think there are any lots that come in the game until you actually save the Maxis ones to your library.

    The only things in the gallery and my library are sims, no houses or lots. I'm always logged in to Origin but I haven't seen any lots whatsoever. I can see the player created sims just not the Maxis/EA created lots. Odd. Thanks for your responses. I'll contact them and see what's up with it.
    Edit: I don't have an in game gallery either. Maybe that's why my game keeps crashing every 30 minutes.
  • I couldn't enter the community gallery. It say 'connection is required'. When I click connect it takes a long time but no result comes up. Can anyone help? :/

    Try shutting down your computer completely. Start the computer again, then launch the game and see if that helps.

Here's my problem. I've downloaded a couple of custom homes. They install fine, but when I have my sim try to move, the option to buy isn't available on the house that I've just placed. I can buy other houses, just not the one I want. I don't have this problem when I'm buying a vacation home.
